We encourage others to exercise and eat right. My journey started in May of 2015, but it took off in November of 2017. You see, this is when I decided to help others. I will always do everything I can for others but doing things for myself has always been difficult. Together, we work to motivate and inspire anyone who will listen to be the best person they can be through good nutrition and exercise.
Why call ourselves "Consistency Crew?"
I have found that without consistency nothing can be accomplished! None of your goals can be completed if you only work at them part of the time. Consistency is the key to any goal but especially when it comes to your health.
