First Blog post
Today is the first day of this fantastic blog. My mom has been telling me for years that I should start one, but I am not a very good writer and frankly, who would want to read about me. Anyway, my main goal in life is to help everyone so if something I write can help someone else than I am all for it! My goal is to update this blog once per week and I will try to have some type of organization to it but if we are being honest, there is NOTHING organized about my thoughts, or let's be real, my life.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a wife and mom of three beautiful girls. My husband and I met each other in 2000 and shortly after realized we were best friends so in 2007 we decided to make it official. Our first daughter was born in 2010. Two years later (2012), another girl was born and then two more years later (2014) the final addition to our family came into our lives. Never in a million years did I think I would be the mom of three girls. Now that I am, I wouldn't trade it for the world!
Professionally, I am a high school health and physical education teacher as well as a health and wellness coach. I LOVE the idea of people but frankly, they frighten me. I am a total introvert. I enjoy country music, watching (and playing) sports, reading (but actually someone needs to read to me so I listen to the audible while following along), nature (I realize this sounds weird and I don't like camping, I actually want a lake house), and of course spending time with my family. My girls are in all activities under the sun. I realize this is my fault because I am the one who signs them up for all these activities but I like to be busy and that just means we are living our best life.
I hope you learned a little bit about me and have realized this may or may not have anything to do with anything which just might be exactly what you need! :)
