Berry Frozen Yogurt Bites Servings: 6 Ingredients ½ cup almonds, finely chopped 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin organic coconut oil, melted ½ tsp. ground cinnamon ¾ cup reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt 2 Tbsp. honey 1½ cups fresh strawberries, finely chopped Instructions Prepare 6 muffin cups by lining with silicone or parchment cupcake liners. Set aside. Combine almonds, sugar, oil, and cinnamon in a small bowl; mix well. Divide almond mixture evenly between muffin cups. Set aside. Combine yogurt and honey in a small bowl; mix well. Evenly top almond mixture with yogurt mixture and strawberries. Freeze for 6 hours, or until firm. Remove from cupcake liners to serve. Container Equivalents: ½ Purple, ½ Yellow, ½ Blue, ½ tsp. 2B Mindset Plate It! Enjoy as an occasional treat. Be sure to track it.

Instead of throwing in the towel for the next two weeks, I am re-evaluating my healthy habits and only picking two to really focus on for the next two weeks. Once I get those two down, I'll add in my third. I was trying to change too much all at once and I was dropping the ball. Sound familiar? Did Someone say Nice Cream?!Ingredients * ½ large banana, cut into chunks * ¼ cup / 60 ml unsweetened almond milk * 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology * 1 Tbsp. all-natural smooth peanut butter Instructions 1. Place banana in plastic bag; freeze for 4 hours, or until completely frozen. 2. Place banana, almond milk, Shakeology, and peanut butter in blender (or food processor); cover. Blend until smooth. 3. You are a Badass by Jen Sincero is a personal development book inspiring others to unleash their full potential and start taking action on their goals. Sometimes we all need a little push! There is still 4 days left of 2023, but this is that weird time between the holidays where I really don't know what day it is!! All I know is I get up, I get my workout in, and then....your guess is as good as mine! This is actually THE best time to start to reflect on the past year. For me, this year was a rebuilding year. A rebuild of myself, a search of who I really am and who I want to be. While I am not there yet, I have definitely come a long way. In 2024, I am going to stop adding unnecessary stress on myself. I am going to focus on what brings me joy and I'd love for you to join me. The FIVE daily habits I am going to commit to for 2024 are... 1. Move my body for at least 30 minutes every day. 2. Read at least 10 pages of my personal development every day. 3. Drink at least 75 ounces of water daily. 4. Meditate for at least 5 minutes every day. 5. Complete at least one household chore (laundry, vacuum, etc.). Have you every felt so lost that you just didn't know how to start back up again? This is where I have been the last few months. I lost who I was and I wasn't sure how I would get it back. I focused on me by continuing to do what I do best - my daily routine - or so I thought... But....I found by doing this, I was stuck. I was stuck in Groundhog Day...IYKYK! I really needed to dig deep and find out what sets my soul on fire! You know what?! It's YOU! Helping YOU sets my soul on fire so here I am back like Eminem and I am going to help as many people as I can! I have been focusing on my nutrition (and my mindset around nutrition), my daily workouts, and my personal development. In the last month, I have read three books (Good Food Bad Diet by Abby Langer, Chop Wood Carry Water by Joshua Medcalf, and Mastering Your Mean Girl by Melissa Ambrosini). While all three have VERY different purposes, they all came back to one thing - my mindset - and my lack of belief in MYSELF. I truly just need to have an IDGAF attitude...well, to a certain extent, I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings along the way! How do you shift your mindset in order to make progress? I'd love to know!

I’m so excited to announce my May challenge theme is Main Character Energy - a safe #GOALS space where we focus on the daily activities that give us confidence and a positive light to share with those around us! 🌟 Here are the daily themes I’m excited about! 💫 We’re kicking off each week talking about the comparison game and how to avoid it, 💫 Tuesdays are for rest and recovery ideas, 💫 Each Wednesday, we will build an Energy Kit of positive energy, as needed, 💫 Thursdays we will anchor our days in self-care, 💫 Fridays we will share our favorite things, 💫 Saturdays we will shout out our support characters and lift up our favorite people, 💫 And, finally, on Sundays, we will work on being present + intentional for a new high energy week! Chocolate PB Cup Mug Cake Servings: 1 Ingredients 1 scoop chocolate protein (I love Beachbody Chocolate Recover!) ½ tsp. baking powder ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk (or water) 2 tsp. all-natural peanut butter (or sunflower butter) Instructions Add protein powder and baking powder to the serving mug; mix well. Add almond milk; stir to combine. Drop peanut butter into the center of the mixture; do not stir. Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Serve immediately. Simple & Satisfying Tuna Salad Servings: 4 Ingredients 5 cans (5-oz. each) chunk light tuna, packed in water, drained 3 cups artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained, chopped 1 cup chopped red bell peppers (approx. 1¼ medium) 40 medium black olives, chopped (approx. 1 cup) 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. olive oil or avocado based mayo 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1½ tsp. chopped fresh oregano ¼ tsp. ground black pepper 4 large Boston (or Bibb) lettuce leaves Instructions Combine tuna, artichoke hearts, bell peppers, olives, mayonnaise, lemon juice, oregano, and pepper in a medium bowl; mix well. Place a leaf of lettuce on each of four serving plates; top evenly with tuna salad. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Container Equivalents: 1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Orange, 1 tsp. 2B Mindset Plate It! Add an FFC for a full plate lunch. Tuna salad possibilities are endless!
