My #mbf results
On July 13, I began my journey with #mbf. I was still finishing my 80 Day program so I figured I would just double up! I mean, what was another 30 minutes in quarantine, right?!
When I started I had just come back from vacation, and my stomach was in disarray. You see, something I have learned over the course of my journey, is good nutrition is everything in this weight loss journey.
After the three week program, not only did I lose 7 lbs and 7 inches but I also gained confidence in how I eat, how my body needs to be fueled. I stayed on track with my nutrition for 21 days! I ate exactly what was "prescribed" to me and I did not stray off the course once. I tracked, counted my containers, and stayed true to the program.
THAT is why I got the results I did. It doesn't matter what program I do. All the programs in the library are created so you can repeat the program and still get results. The results come when you put in the effort with your NUTRITION!!!
My 80 day results
On April 27, I began an 80 Day program with so many of my friends. We started off strong but as summer started to really hit, I fell off the nutrition wagon, yet again. I really started snacking after everyone went to bed. I was tired but instead of going to bed, I decided to have a snack. Then I went on vacation with my entire family...siblings, parents, nieces and nephews. All the food was there and I ate it. I tried to reel it in on vacation because we also had healthy snacks but if it is available to me then I apparently need to eat it!
This was me after vacation.....blah! I felt so gross and bloated and my clothes were tighter than I would have liked...just blah! Some of you may think, "But you still look great!"
We all have to remember, it doesn't matter how we look. It matters how we feel and I did NOT feel my best here.
I knew IMMEDIATELY what I had to do. Now, I am not sure if I told you but I continued my exercise program over my vacation. I brought all my weights; I woke up early; my sister and I even worked out together every morning. My nutrition was the driving factor of my results. I had two weeks left of my 80 Day program after I got back from vacation. I buckled down and decided to go back to timed nutrition. It's easy to follow and it works for me. Here are my 80 Day (but really two week 🙄) results.
