Wow! It has been a hot minute since I talked to you all! A LOT has changed in just a few short months. I went from being a health and phys ed teacher/Health coach to being a homeschooling mom of three grade schoolers, plus teaching remotely, and obviously continuing my passion of helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
My stress levels have been through the roof!! I haven't been sleeping; my eating has been like a growing teenage boy, and my workouts...well those are my saving grace. I gained the quarantine 15 so I immediately needed to make some changes!!!
What does any quarantined individual do? Jump into an intense 80 day fitness program accompanied by an even more intense nutrition plan!
WHAT?! Yup! I needed to focus on something positive. I needed to take this negative energy I have been feeling all around me and turn this into something good!! Obviously you can join me on this journey! I am actually doing this with 53 (and counting) of my closest friends and teammates!
