Autumn is officially here … and, basically, the start of the holiday season! I’m opening spots up in my virtual wellness community to help you stay on track through the candy, the feasts, and the cookies. You’ll get access to hundreds of workouts, nutrition support (plus custom meal plans just for my clients!), 30 days of superfoods, and the motivation + inspiration you need on the daily to reach your goals.

While 2020 surely looks different than any other year, I still want to encourage you to take care of yourself through everything.

Are you ready? Hit reply and say TRICK OR TREAT and I’ll send you all the details on my October support + accountability group!

I’m taking on a brand new challenge this fall… training for a 5k! I’m already obsessed with this new program after trying the sample workout multiple times and you can try it too!

You get a peek into the resistance training + running intervals that combine to make this an incredible program. And at the end of the 30-day program? We’ll all run a 5k together! You can try out the free workout here (seriously, totally free, no catch): https://vimeo.com/457869684

Ok, how do you make friends as an adult??

Me? I joined a network marketing company and found the best friends I could ask for. This business has given me a way to share my struggles and my story, to help and inspire others, and to find my people.

It’s also accountability for my health. When I focus on helping others, I’m held accountable to taking care of myself.

It’s also some extra money in my bank account - and my earnings are a direct reflection of the lives I impact.

It’s something for me, a passion that I get to focus on that fills me with so much joy.

But the most important thing? It’s my team, who make me feel less alone, who make me laugh on the days when I want to cry, who help me want to be better because they’re always lifting me up.

Everyone deserves this kind of friendship. I’d run this business for no money at all because of this community.

So, stop watching, stop wondering if you could do this too. Because you CAN. And even on the days when you feel like it’s impossible, this community will make you realize that you are capable and strong and worth it.

If you’ve ever considered coaching - we are running a FREE coach apprenticeship October 5-11!

Overnight oats are one of my favorite breakfasts for fall - and this recipe has all the best autumn flavors! Plus, it’s high in protein and fiber, so you stay full all morning! Bonus: it tastes like dessert!

Let me know if you make this Apple Cinnamon Crumble Overnight Oats!

Ingredients
For overnight oats
-       ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
-       ½ cup dry rolled oats
-       2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use Shakeology)
-       1 small apple, chopped, divided use
-       2 tsp chia seeds
-       1 tsp pure vanilla extract
For crumble
-       1 tbsp chopped pecans, unsalted
-       1 tbsp dry rolled oats
-       2 tsp almond flour
-       1 tsp coconut sugar
-       1 tsp extra-virgin organic coconut oil
-       ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
  1. To make overnight oats, combine almond milk, oats, protein powder, ½ apple, chia seeds, and extract in a medium bowl and mix well. Evenly divide the oat mixture between 2 jars; seal the jars and refrigerate overnight.
  2. To make crumble, combine pecans, oats, almond flour, sugar, oil, and cinnamon in a small bowl; mix well.
  3. In the morning, top each jar evenly with crumble and remaining apple pieces. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
