Have you every felt so lost that you just didn't know how to start back up again? This is where I have been the last few months. I lost who I was and I wasn't sure how I would get it back. I focused on me by continuing to do what I do best - my daily routine - or so I thought...
But....I found by doing this, I was stuck. I was stuck in Groundhog Day...IYKYK! I really needed to dig deep and find out what sets my soul on fire!

I have been focusing on my nutrition (and my mindset around nutrition), my daily workouts, and my personal development. In the last month, I have read three books (Good Food Bad Diet by Abby Langer, Chop Wood Carry Water by Joshua Medcalf, and Mastering Your Mean Girl by Melissa Ambrosini). While all three have VERY different purposes, they all came back to one thing - my mindset - and my lack of belief in MYSELF.
I truly just need to have an IDGAF attitude...well, to a certain extent, I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings along the way!
