What does it mean to join as a "challenger?"
A "challenger" is a member of our team who follows the workout programs, checks in with the challenge groups, encourages other members of the group, and maybe asks for help from other participants.
What does it mean to join as a "coach?"
As you can see from the graphic to the right, there are four ways you can "be a coach!" You can choose whichever way you want; bounce around all four; it is absolutely your choice!
