There is still 4 days left of 2023, but this is that weird time between the holidays where I really don't know what day it is!! All I know is I get up, I get my workout in, and then....your guess is as good as mine! This is actually THE best time to start to reflect on the past year. For me, this year was a rebuilding year. A rebuild of myself, a search of who I really am and who I want to be. While I am not there yet, I have definitely come a long way. In 2024, I am going to stop adding unnecessary stress on myself. I am going to focus on what brings me joy and I'd love for you to join me. The FIVE daily habits I am going to commit to for 2024 are... 1. Move my body for at least 30 minutes every day. 2. Read at least 10 pages of my personal development every day. 3. Drink at least 75 ounces of water daily. 4. Meditate for at least 5 minutes every day. 5. Complete at least one household chore (laundry, vacuum, etc.).
